How to request a refund

Email hello@clickplush.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please write from the email address used for the order and include your order number or purchase confirmation so we can identify it. We will reply by email with the next steps.

If you cannot access your files or a download is not working, contact us at the same address and we will help you resolve the issue.
